Implementation & integration services
We configure, deploy, and integrate Calnode for organisations that need it running on their own infrastructure — fully connected to their existing systems, with staff trained and ready.
Who we work with
Healthcare, financial services, legal, government — sectors where meeting metadata is sensitive and "data in the cloud" is a compliance conversation.
Hundreds to thousands of staff who book external meetings. A self-hosted instance-per-department keeps data isolated and governance clear.
Moving off Calendly or cal.com and need someone to handle the deployment, data migration, and staff rollout — not just a README.
Scope of work
We scope each engagement around your infrastructure, stack, and team. This is what a typical deployment covers.
We deploy Calnode on your infrastructure — VPC, private cloud, bare metal, or managed VMs — behind your reverse proxy with TLS, monitoring, and alerting configured.
Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID SSO configured out of the box. Need SAML, a different OIDC provider, or SCIM-based provisioning? We scope that as custom integration work — it is not a native Calnode capability today.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 calendar sync configured for your domain. Zoom, Teams, or Meet auto-link generation set up and tested end-to-end.
Bulk import of staff accounts, team structures, and event types from your existing data. Automated (e.g. SCIM-based) lifecycle management can be scoped as custom integration work if you need it.
Webhook and API integrations to your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) or workflow tools so bookings trigger downstream actions automatically.
Migrating off Calendly or cal.com? We export your event types, booking history, and configuration and import into Calnode with minimal disruption.
If you want conversational booking, we connect Calnode to your chosen LLM endpoint — internal Azure OpenAI, Ollama on your infra, or a compliant hosted model.
Admin and end-user documentation tailored to your setup. Live walkthrough sessions for your ops and IT teams.
The honest case
Calendly is a SaaS product. There is no self-hosted option, so your meeting metadata, attendee data, and booking history live on their infrastructure permanently. For most organisations that's fine. For regulated ones, it's a conversation with legal every procurement cycle.
cal.com is genuinely open source and self-hostable, and it's a strong product. But it's a substantial stack — Postgres, Redis, and a full Node monorepo. A production self-hosted deployment needs real engineering effort to maintain, scale, and keep patched. For a team that wants to focus on their product rather than their scheduling infrastructure, that overhead adds up.
Calnode is structurally simpler. A single binary with SQLite is easier to deploy, backup, and reason about. There's less surface area to secure. And the AI booking capability is built into the booking page — it's not a layer you have to add separately.
If you need help choosing the right tool for your situation — honestly, including whether Calnode is the right fit — book a call and we'll give you a straight answer.
